As the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) continue with the implementation of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), PhilSys teams in the province of Negros Oriental are conducting issuance of printable ePhilIDs to fast-track the distribution of PhilSys IDs in order for PhilSys registrants to immediately enjoy the services of PhilSys.

But despite all efforts, many registrants were not able to receive their printable ePhilIDs because they lost the Transaction Reference Numbers (TRNs) given to them after their PhilSys registration. To address such concern, the PSA now accepts requests for retrieval of lost TRNs, free of charge. All interested registrants may now visit any PhilSys Registration Center near to them. Registrants will only provide the following information:

  • Full name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Sex; and
  • Contact Number.

With this, all PhilSys registrants who lost their TRNs can now claim printable ePhilIDs, download ePhilIDs on their electronic devices (subject to availability), and track the delivery status of PhilID cards in the PhilPost online tracker.

For any inquiries and clarifications in relation to this announcement, you can contact PSA-Negros Oriental through this number, (035) 422-4372 or send us an email in this email address, negrosoriental@psa.gov.ph . You can also check our official facebook pages, PSAPhilSysOfficial and PSANegrosOriental, for recent updates and advisories regarding PhilSys.
