The Philippine Statistics Authority - Bohol Provincial Statistical Office continues its commitment to ensuring that all Filipinos have access to the National ID System by conducting a special National ID on Wheels registration for bedridden individuals in Booy District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, on 11 February 2025.

This initiative is part of PSA-Bohol’s efforts to provide inclusive and accessible national ID registration services, particularly for individuals with mobility challenges who are unable to visit registration centers. By bringing the National ID registration process directly to their homes, PSA-Bohol aims to guarantee that every citizen, regardless of physical condition, can benefit from the national identification system.

A 99-year-old woman successfully registered for her National ID in Booy District, Tagbilaran City, on February 11, 2025.

The National ID on Wheels program is a mobile registration service designed to accommodate special cases, ensuring that bedridden individuals receive their National ID, which will serve as their valid proof of identity in availing of government and private sector services. The registration process includes demographic data collection, biometric capture, and identity validation.
