Hundreds of Boholanos attended the Family Development Session (FDS) Equivalency in Hanopol Este, Balilihan

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) strengthens its efforts in advancing the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) by collaborating with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for the Family Development Session (FDS) Equivalency. This initiative, conducted in various barangays and municipalities across Bohol, aims to accelerate the registration of beneficiaries under the National ID system.

Through this partnership, PSA integrates National ID registration into the FDS, allowing unregistered Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries to conveniently complete their registration. Meanwhile, registered beneficiaries can verify the authenticity of their National IDs, request a National ID in paper form or ePhilID, and receive assistance in generating their digital National IDs. By bringing the service closer to communities, the initiative aims to provide more Filipinos with a valid proof of identity, enabling them to access government, financial services, and social benefits.

Registration teams are deployed to FDS sessions ensuring 4Ps beneficiaries especially in remote areas are included in the national ID system. National ID offers faster access to aid, services, and secure transactions, supporting the government’s digital transformation efforts.

Family Development Session (FDS) Equivalency in Malitbog, Dagohoy

All eligible individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this initiative and secure their National ID. With this ongoing collaboration, PSA and DSWD reaffirm their commitment to inclusive development by ensuring that every Filipino is part of the country’s digital transformation journey.
