Total Registered Births

The number of registered live births by usual residence of mother recorded from January to September 2019 was 14,434. During the year, there was an average of 39 births per day. Among the 48 municipalities in the province, the highest number of registered births was recorded in Ubay, Bohol which comprised of 1,186. Second in rank was Tagbilaran City with 993 followed by Talibon with 856. Sikatuna had the least recorded live births with only 43 from July to September in 2019.

Total Registered Marriages

There were 5,164 marriages accounted from January to September 2019. The highest number of marriages was held in Tagbilaran City with 588 registered marriages, followed by Talibon with 272 and Dauis with 255. On the other hand, Sikatuna had the lowest number of marriages recorded with only 25, the same trend in live births data.
