The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) recently conducted a group learning session as part of the 2023 Mid-Year Performance Review last 14 July 2023. The session was supervised by the Officer-in-Charge Joselito C. Maghanoy SUSS and was attended by the regular and COSW Employees of the PSA. The Team first went to Mt. Bandilaan and aimed to equip with the necessary knowledge and skills to better understand and view its stunning natural landscapes, local heritage, culture, and the importance of protecting and preserving our natural environment. Afterwards, PSA Team was directed to Elnards Integrated Farm which is located at Candura, Siquijor to know more about organic sustainable farming. Lastly, the team had a series of teambuilding activities that aim to enhance everyone's agility and strength.
PSA believes that such activities are essential in creating a working culture that is rooted in collaboration, openness, and trust. Through this, the organization can foster an environment that is collaborative, innovative, and productive. 
The 2023 Mid-Year Performance Review is the PSA’s way of recognizing the efforts of its employees and of ensuring that the organization’s goals are met. It is also a way of ensuring that the organization continues to strive for excellence and that its employees are supported and empowered to achieve their personal and professional goals.
