Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Bohol Provincial Statistical Office endorses the conduct of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Seminar 5: Mastering Data Management: A Guide to Google Sheet and MS Excel for Region VII from 30 July to 01 August 2024 through Zoom.

This is in support to the SDG Seminar Series that the Philippine Statistical Research and Training Institute (PSRTI) has been conducting in partnership with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and PSA since 2018.

From 2018 to 2023, PSRTI conducted four complimentary capability-building activities (SDG 1, SDG 2, SDG 3 and SDG 4 Seminar Series) focusing on the SDG Indicators, Effective Presentation and Analysis, Data Ecosystem, Statistical Data Management and Analysis, and Data Visualization Using Infographics to all local government units in the country.

This 3-day virtual training course aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of LGUs in data management and data analysis towards data literacy that would be helpful in their planning and policy formation.

The target participants are Provincial, City and Municipal Planning and Development Offices, or designated staff handling data used in local planning or SDG monitoring.

For more information, you may coordinate with PSA – Bohol through telephone numbers: (038)501-0996 or 427-4361, or send an email to bohol@psa.gov.ph.
