Qualifications:

• At least SHS graduate, or have completed 2nd year college (old curriculum) (SHS graduate must be at least 18 years old and over)

• Must be willing to undergo training in specified training centers for five (5) days;

• Must be willing to work away from home continuously for about one month,
  including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, if necessary;

• Must be physically fit to walk long distances; must not be pregnant as fieldwork
  may put the pregnancy to risk;

• Must have pleasing personality, in particular, friendly, courteous, and have the
  ability to easily develop good rapport with respondents;

• Must be willing to travel to different areas in the province;

• Must speak the main dialect in the province or region;

• Must understand English since training materials are written in English;

• Preferably with experience in previous household-based surveys; and

• As much as possible, must be a resident in any of the municipalities where the
  sample barangays/ enumeration areas are located.
