  1. Interested Applicants shall submit a duly accomplished CBMS Application Form and submit personally to address below:

                   or through online submission (shall be in PDF file) to email address:

                   psa07.cebucbms.applications@gmail.com with subject format:                                                      {Application_2022CBMS_LastName}.

  2. After pre-evaluation by the PSA, applicants shall be scheduled for a Qualifying Examination and an interview will follow.

  3. Applicants may download the CBMS Application form at https://tinyurl.com/CBMSAppForm1.

  4. Once accepted, the following shall be required before assumption of duty.


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Data Processor

  • At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate or have completed 2nd Year College (old curriculum) – for a SHS graduate below 17 years old, parental consent is required;

  • Physically fit to do field work (if female, must not be pregnant);

  • Knowledgeable in operating android devices (tablets);

  • Able to speak the local dialect;

  • With the ability to deal with the public tactfully;

  • With good moral character

  • Willing to be assigned in any barangays or city/ municipality;

  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays and beyond 5:00 pm, if necessary;

  • Does not have existing work contract with other office/ agency; and

  • Not related up to fourth degree with consanguinity or affinity of the appointing/ recommending officers or direct/ immediate supervisors.


Moreover, the following are the preferred qualifications:

  • Preferably college graduate

  • Preferable with experience and training in census/ survey undertakings of the Philippine               Statistics Authority (PSA)

  • With experience in using microcomputers, spreadsheet, and word processor applications;

  • Preferably with previous experience in data processing and

  • Preferably have undergone training of ENs in the 2022 CBMS Rollout.


2. Shift Supervisor

  • At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate or have completed 2nd Year College (old curriculum) – for a SHS graduate below 17 years old, parental consent is required;

Moreover, the following are the preferred qualifications and during the data processing, the shift supervisor shall oversee the data processors and shall ensure the quality of data being processed:

  • Preferably college graduate

  • Preferable with experience and training in census/ survey undertakings of the Philippine               Statistics Authority (PSA)

  • Leadership Potential;

  • Alertness and interest;

  • With experience in using microcomputers, spreadsheet, and word processor applications;

  • Preferably with previous experience in data processing; and

  • Preferably have served as ENs in the 2022 CBMS Rollout, or at least have undergone data collection training for ENs.


3. Map Data Processor

  • Must be a college graduate

  • Preferably with a previous employment in the field of Statistics or GIS- Based Mapping;

  • Preferably involved in the previous mapping activities;

  • Knowledge in computer operation;

  • Preferably with experience in using QGIS and Google Earth Software;

  • Physically fit;

  • With good moral character;

  • Willing to render overtime service, if necessary; and

  • Willing to work on Sundays, if needed.
