Last 31 July 2019, RO I Gerardo Binangbang attended the Corn Technicians Meeting which was held at the Bohol APC Training Center, Dao, Tagbilaran City. Corn Technicians in forty-eight  municipalities province-wide graced the activity with full of interest. The group was fortunate  with the presence of the newly-appointed Cassava/Corn Regional Coordinator, Mr. Norberto Quano, a Cebuano. He  replaced Engr. Edna Yu who is now assigned to another department.

Mr. Binangbang presented the 2017-2018 corn production outlook of the province. The value of production and level of growth were shown. These information were vital inputs in the evaluation of the intervention measures of the government. In response, Director Quano introduced their programs such as distribution of seeds and machineries to farmers in year 2019.
