The Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office VII (PSA RSSO VII) is pleased to announce the gradual rollout of the updating of demographic information in the National ID system in Central Visayas.

 

The updating services facilitate the change or correction of entry/ies in the demographic information of the registered persons in their National ID. This includes information such as name, marital status, sex, date of birth, place of birth, address, blood type, and any clerical and/or typographical errors.

 

Currently, the updating services are available in the following Fixed Registration Centers (FRCs) in Region VII:

 

·      BOHOL: Upper G/F Galleria Luisa, C. Gallares St., Tagbilaran City, Bohol

·      CEBU: 3/F Gaisano Capital South Cor. Colon Leon Kilat Sts., Cebu City

·      NEGROS ORIENTAL: G/F Lorenzo Bldg., Lot No. 348, Brgy. Daro, Dumaguete City

·      SIQUIJOR: 1/F Siquijor Business and Convention Center, Poblacion, Siquijor, Siquijor

 

Applicants for the updating services are advised to personally appear at the designated FRCs. To process their request, they must present their National ID and any supporting document such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, and any other relevant documents.
