In view of the letter-advisory received from the Human Resource Division-Central Office with Reference No. 21FAS02-ADV-03-06 dated 08 March 2021 relative to the submission of the workload analysis and personnel complement reports, Civil Registration & Administrative Division (CRASD) of PSA-RSSO VII conducted its 2021 1st Quarter Performance Review and Workshop on Workload Analysis last March 18-19, 2021 held at Golden Prince Hotel.  The purpose of the activity was to determine the performances of each unit during the 1st quarter of 2021 and be able to determine the right size of manpower for the operating units.

Engr. Ariel E. Florendo, PSA-RSSO VII Regional Director, emphasized in his Welcome Address about the goal and the result that can be acquired after the training towards the improvement of quality of life for all. He also encouraged every participant to have a way forward for the better future. He inspired the participant to be committed on the task despite of the pandemic. He ended his message with a quote “work efficiently and effectively and bear in mind on how to improve and deliver relevant services towards constituents”.

Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Edwina M. Carriaga explained during the presentation of the rationale, the purpose of having such activity and the benefits that could contribute to the office. Her discussion enlightened the participant to value time management to succeed. She wanted to value and sustains the bayanihan spirit among assigned unit.

During the workload analysis, the group was divided by unit (Office of the Regional Director/ Civil Registration/ Finance &Accounting/Administrative/Procurement). Each group/unit was asked to present its accomplishments for the 1st quarter, identify its tasks, issues and concerns and ways forward.

The activity was a successful one wherein the objectives were met and the group are looking forward for the same activity in the next three quarters. It was often said that teamwork is a crucial thing to achieve an organizational goal that it should require willingness and strong commitment towards the success of everybody.
