The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is the primary government agency responsible for collecting, compiling, classifying, producing, publishing, and disseminating general- purpose statistics in the Philippines.

The Quarterly Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (QSPBI) is one of the designated statistical activities of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) which aims to provide quarterly data on employment, compensation, the value of production, revenue, inventories, and capacity utilization by industry groups as inputs in the generation of the Quarterly National Accounts of the Philippines (QNAP) and in the construction of Quarterly Economic Indices (QEI).

The Philippine Statistics Authority Cebu Provincial Statistical Office (PSA Cebu PSO) has a total sample of 509 sample establishments for the first quarter of 2025. The sample establishments will be visited by eight (8) hired Statistical Researchers of PSA Cebu PSO for the distribution of the pre-addressed questionnaires. The distribution starts on 5rd day of April and will end on 25th day of April 2025.

On the 26th day after the reference quarter, which is 26 April 2025, the collection of the accomplished questionnaires will start on this date. The SRs will contact the respondents for a reminder and schedule an appointment before visiting the establishments for the collection of the accomplished questionnaires.

PSA Cebu PSO solicits continuous support and utmost cooperation from the sample establishments to submit the accomplished questionnaires with truthful and complete answers to the data items needed on or before the set deadline.
