As the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) continues the implementation of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys), PhilSys teams in Bohol are conducting issuance of printable ePhilIDs alongside the registration for the National ID. The ePhilID is the permanent and electronic printed-on-paper version of the plastic PhilID or National ID card. This is to fast-track the distribution of PhilSys IDs and for the registrants to immediately enjoy the services of PhilSys.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, some registrants in the province lost their Transaction Reference Numbers (TRNs) provided to them after their PhilSys registration, thus, could not acquire the printable ePhilIDs at the registration centers. TRN is the 29-digit number printed on the client’s transaction slip.

To address this concern, PSA now accepts requests for retrieval of lost TRNs, free of charge. All those interested can visit PhilSys Fixed Registration Center (FRC) at 2F Galleria Luisa (behind BQ Mall), Gallares Street, Tagbilaran City or any PhilSys mobile registration activities near them. Registrants will only provide the following: 1) Full name, 2) Date of Birth, 3) Sex, and 4) Contact Number.

This service allows PhilSys registrants who lost their TRNs to claim their ePhilIDs at registration centers and/or track the delivery status of PhilID cards through the PhilPost online tracker (http://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/).

Inquiries may be coursed through the Philippine Statistics Authority - Bohol official Facebook pages (http://facebook.com/psabohol and http://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysBohol/), email (psa07.bohol.philsys@gmail.com), or telephone (038) 427-4361.
