PSA Bohol is pleased to announce the official acceptance of the Digital National ID as a valid form of identification for all transactions across our services. There has been an official advisory for its acceptance through the issuance of a memorandum by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Philippine Statistics Authority specifically BSP Memorandum No. 2024-026 and PSA Office Memoramdum No. 2024-149 respectively.

You can generate your Digital National ID through following these steps:

  1.        Open your internet browser and type in the website.

         https://national-id.gov.ph

  1.       Click the “Proceed” button to provide “Consent” to PSA to use your demographic information and facial image to authenticate.

  2.        In the designated fields, type your first name, Middle Name, Last Name, and your Date of Birth.

  3.        Scroll down and click the “Continue” button.

  4.        Click on the “Start Liveness” button to begin the facial authentication.

  5.        Once verified, you can now proceed to view your Digital National ID by clicking on the “View National ID” button.

  6.        Click on the “Download Digital ID” button to obtain a personal copy of your Digital National ID.

The Digital National ID is a partnership between Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) which is designed with advanced security features to protect personal information and prevent identity theft. 

Effective immediately, all individuals are encouraged to utilize their Digital National ID for transactions.
