Cebu City, Philippines — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Cebu Provincial Statistical Office successfully expanded the reach of the National ID services by joining the Hustling Mass Market in collaboration with GCash, bringing registration and issuance services closer to the public in high-traffic areas across Cebu.
