The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Cebu Provincial Statistical Office, informs the public that, starting April 1, 2025, until further notice, National ID services will be available exclusively at the Fixed Registration Center (FRC) located on the 3rd floor of Gaisano South, Colon Street, Cebu City.

Individuals who have not yet registered are encouraged to visit the center to complete their registration and be included in the National ID System.

Additionally, upon request from public or private institutions, the PSA is prepared to coordinate and facilitate the deployment of personnel to provide mobile registration services for the National ID in areas with a significant number of unregistered individuals.
